My classes are far from ordinary yoga classes like you see in the school halls, gyms and health clubs. Kundalini yoga is designed to help you reset your whole nervous system with regular practice. Letting go of stress, anxiety, and tension both in the mind and body can give you so much freedom and pleasure in your life. As a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher and Embodiment and Tantra facilitator; I am deeply passionate about helping you create balance and harmony within yourself to create lasting changes not just on your yoga mat but in your everyday life too.
My classes are very unique as I bring together all my years of training and life experience in my warm, cozy and inviting space that I provide in my home studio. As you step into my sacred space you feel kindness, care, and compassion so that you feel safe to explore deeper into yourself. With my small class sizes, I ensure personalised attention and encourage you to ask questions and reflect on your experiences. I am here to support and nurture you throughout your journey of self-discovery.
Kundalini Yoga is an ancient powerful practice that combines dynamic movement, breath-work, mantra, and meditation, not forgetting deep relaxation.

What is Kundalini Yoga?​​
Kundalini energy is Shakti energy, divine female energy. This energy is coiled round like a snake, located in the base of the spine. This energy is normally dormant in most people, but when this energy opens up slowly and flows upwards freely through the seven main chakras, our energy centre's. It leads to an expanded state of consciousness.

How Does This Benefit Me?​
With regular practice, Kundalini Yoga will heighten your senses; it will make you become more aware of what is going on in, and around you. Your energy will increase as you shed off the layers of protection you have put on over the years that have been holding you back. Allowing the body to heal stress, anxiety and even trauma. You will find that your mind becomes clearer with a new sense of direction, giving you both peace and freedom.
Thursday Evenings​
During my course, I will teach you transformational Kundalini Yoga techniques. Such as mindful breath and dynamic postures to get the body moving and release energetic blocks. As well, powerful uplifting mantras and meditations nourish the mind and soul. We finish the class with a deep relaxation, a time dedicated just for you to rest and restore the body back to harmony.​

Refunds & Missed Class Policy – When you make a payment, your space is reserved for the duration of the course. All class payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes illness, work, family, transport strikes, bad weather, holidays, missed classes or any other reasons.
Payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
