💗 This morning I decided it is self care time before I start any work. So cold shower 🚿, Kundalini Yoga, TRE trauma tension s (shaking) followed by Tropic face mask 🥰 which was interrupted by my lovely neighbour!! I think I might have scared her with my green Shrek looking mask, what do you think? 🤣
